Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Work on FieldEZ product development

  • Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, reviewing and implementation

  • Work closely with the manager to prioritize the requirements based on technical dependencies for product development

  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Write efficient SQL queries for various reporting and product functionalities

  • Write efficient stored procedures, Triggers and Views

  • Design of reports as per the business / client interactions

  • Validate client requirements – using sample reports, mock dashboards etc

  • Analyse data and optimize SQL queries

  • Take pro-active steps to improve performance of FieldEZ product by optimizing SQL queries, procedures, triggers, etc

  • Consult with clients to suggest report design and recommendations

  • Validate reports/results using a variety of techniques, like data aggregation, cross validation etc

  • Work with main clients and business leaders to identify as well as implement analytical requirements

  • Develop business acumen and cultivate client relationships

  • Study, propose and charting models to meet client’s visualization options

  • Design and prepare technical (analytical data) presentations and recommend solutions for client issues

  • Must be enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences

  • Someone who loves to play with data and design, build dashboards, find insights etc

  • Participate in knowledge sharing and regularly offers insight to best practices to other team members

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus

  • Keen interest and knowledge of Enterprise mobility and SaaS products

  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload

  • Be a good team player

  • Skills on analytics+ data science is a plus
