How can I download the FieldEZ mobile app?
FieldEZ mobile app can be downloaded from Play Store, App Store or Windows Store depending on the device. It’s a free download.
How can I create more users?
An organization administrator is given access to add more users after logging into their admin dashboard from the FieldEZ website. Admin can access the ‘List of Users’ section in Settings Tab and create any number of users required.
What happens when my 30-day free trial expires?
We send a reminder 10 days before the trial expiry. If you are happy with our solution, you can chose to continue with FieldEZ. Post the 30 days free trial there is a simple price structure of $25/user/month – All features included. You will only pay for what you use.
Which departments within an organization would FieldEZ be useful for?
FieldEZ is flexible and can be used by any department in the organization that has a mobility requirement. It can support processes of most of the departments in any organization.
