Roles & Responsibilities
- Proven experience in selling SaaS based software solutions & services to small, medium & large companies in India
- Experience in account management with up sell / cross sell skills
- Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques
- Develop new business opportunities in the defined geographies and convert the same
- Recruit and onboard channel partners in defined regions
- Work closely with existing or new partners to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set revenue targets
Basic Qualification and Skills
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT from a reputed College/University
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may also be considered
- MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage from a reputed College/University
Desired Qualification
- 2-4 years of experience in relevant Sales sphere
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain CXO-level interaction and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel on need basis
