Regional Sales Manager

Position : 1      |      Experience :6-9 years      |      Location : Delhi/NCR, Chennai      |      Country : India

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Proven experience in selling SaaS based software solutions & services to small, medium & large companies in India

  • Experience in account management with up sell / cross sell skills

  • Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques

  • Develop new business opportunities in the defined geographies and convert the same

  • Recruit and onboard channel partners in defined regions

  • Work closely with existing or new partners to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain CXO-level interaction and customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Willingness to travel on need basis

Educational Qualifications

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT from a reputed College/University

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may also be considered

  • MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage from a reputed College/University
