Requirements 

  • Excellent knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing concepts and skills and basic database knowledge

  • Hands on Experience in testing Web based, Mobile and Tablet/iPad applications

  • Good knowledge of Software Development life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life cycle (STLC)

  • Extensive knowledge in Functional, Smoke, Integration, System Testing

  • Good Knowledge of Writing, Execution and Reviewing of Test case

  • Experience with gathering requirements, reviewing requirement specifications, developing test plans and defining testing strategies

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed test plan documentation based on project requirements

  • Executing the test plan as per project timelines

  • Design and implement the framework for automated and manual tests for both in Android and iOS platforms

  • Logging and describing issues discovered during testing using bug tracking tool

  • Interacting with developers to report and resolve issues discovered during testing

Ideal candidate

  • 2-4 years of experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication/documentation skills

  • Should be willing to work independently in an organized manner and take end-to-end ownership with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills

  • Should be willing to wear different hats and take responsibilities

  • Be a good team player

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer science, or equivalent
