About the role

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled and motivated Implementation Engineer for our SAAS product, who  would join our Professional Services team. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background, good  presence of mind, problem-solving ability, a passion for quality, and a desire to make a positive change in our  products and services. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  •  Requirements gathering and prototyping skills for our SAAS product 
  • Managing POCs or product trials
  • Supporting the Sales team for technical discussions, integration discussions, solutioning etc • Conducting compatibility test and implementation of application for client environment • Interacting with customers for sign offs, delivery activities
  • Ensuring on time go lives, end user trainings
  • Providing post go-live support to customers
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; doing RCA; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution 
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints (Level 2 and 3) and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • The candidate is expected to learn FieldEZ products and develop good domain knowledge to provide excellent customer problem resolution
  • Use ticketing system for attending and resolving tickets (Level 2 and 3)

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tools
  • Good knowledge of SQL language and basic DBMS (MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server)
  • Good knowledge of Java / J2EE
  • Basic scripting in linux/python or similar
  • Handle troubleshooting issues
  • Be flexible with timings (occasional)

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech/ B.E or M.Tech/M.E (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science) , MCA from a reputed School and University
