Business Development Manager

Position : 1      |      Experience : 2-5 years      |      Location : Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated business development professional who has delivered outstanding sales in industry leading enterprises with lean and agile teams. We are looking for an individual with a technical background, business acumen, thorough understanding of sales processes and software sales (preferably SAAS), a passion for quality, and a desire to make a positive change in business. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in selling SaaS based software solutions & services to small, medium & large companies in India.
  • Experience in account management with up sell / cross sell skills.
  • Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Develop new business opportunities in the defined geographies and convert the same
  • Recruit and onboard channel partners in defined regions.
  • Work closely with existing or new partners to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set
    revenue targets

Skills & Experience 

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain CXO-level interaction and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel on need basis

Educational Qualification 

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT from a reputed College/University
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
  • MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage from a reputed College/University
